Client Experience Manager

Overview:

Busy custom upholstery shop looking to hire a Client Experience Manager to serve as a customer-facing staff member to all clients and visitors.  Greet clients/visitors, assist with fabric selection, complete all transactions for projects and more. 

  

Primary duties:

  • Answer phone and emails throughout the day

  • Develop client estimates

  • Update client invoices

  • Maintain workflow organization

  • Assist Owner with administrative/clerical/data entry

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Prerequisites:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-focused

  • Knowledge of fabrics, figuring yardage and estimates

  • Previous experience with MS Office and QuickBooks a plus

  • Previous experience with workrooms/upholstery a plus

  • Previous experience in interior design related field a plus

Hours:

  • Monday thru Friday  9a-4:30p

Compensation:

  • Non-classified hourly position based on experience

  • Opportunity for sales commission after training period
