If you are new to the world of upholstery, we'd love to take a call or appointment with you to introduce ourselves and walk you through our process -- it'll be the most efficient and effective way to get started. Reach out and we'll get a time on the calendar and in the meantime, please continue reading to learn about our general process.
If you're an experienced designer, interior decorator, or representing a commercial job and would like to plan your project, we offer consultations starting at $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum (including emails, calls, appointments). In-home or on-site consultations are considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur a $150 hourly rate for on-site plus travel time, as well as mileage surcharges.
Our expectations for a productive partnership are that you will supply all the necessary information to provide an estimate. This includes but is not limited to photos, measurements, specs and any other pertinent details of your project in order to forego the consultation fee -- or -- we will engage in our team's planning process including client consultations, fabric swatch loans, final material selections, and budget/timeline approval.
